@MojangSupport Our Bedrock realm crashed after defeating the Ender Dragon. All the endermen froze in place and everyone got disconnected. Now nobody can get back in.

@MojangSupport Finally got back into the realm.... It put us all back in a place from more than 45 minutes ago. So it put us at a point in the game prior to use beating the ender dragon, prior to going through the stronghold, and back while we were trying to find the stronghold.

@MojangSupport What happened to our progress? Why was the server not capturing our progress?

This didn't help. It happened again today. Same thing. Since we lost our progress we fought the ender dragon again. The game froze again after we beat the ender dragon and started fighting enderman for ender pearls. We finally got 22 ender pearls and it rest is back 30minutes.
