I'm trying to reset the security questions to my Mojang account so I can merge it with my Microsoft account.

It sounds like you went to the website so were you able to submit a ticket to our account team? That is something we can assist with. ^TK

They closed the ticket after telling me I should get some feedback within a few days.

There was no ticket number generated unfortunately.

It's a few days later (and two more tickets submitted) there's still been no help.

Do you happen to have the ticket number? Another thing to note is that sending more than one ticket will not get you a faster response. ^TK

Since submitting a ticket on the 7th and another yesterday, I have not received a single e-mail from Mojang - not even one to confirm my ticket was even submitted. I'm not sure what's going on.
