@MojangSupport i understand you are just a person running a support acct, but I have heard nothing from mojang or microsoft about my game no longer being accessible. I migrated my acct, followed all steps, sent emails to mojang and have heard nothing.

Usually when this happens it means you're logged in with the wrong account. Please try logging in with any other accounts you used for the purchase or migration. Check this Microsoft article for some tips! msft.it/6011ZtUTL ^NS
