@MojangSupport I do not know how to contact you. I want to inform you that I had both Bedrock and Java for the PC but I have been able to play for some time until recently and now it shows me that I only have Java and not Bedrock. Please do not make me buy the game AGAIN! :(

@MojangSupport I emailed. They sent me a link to the microsoft store to get help with Minecraft from there but I can’t even contact from there PLUS that doesn’t seem right. Yeah Minecraft was bought by Microsoft but that doesn’t seem like the right people to contact

In this case, since you are looking for your Bedrock account you will need to get in contact with Microsoft. Do you happen to have the ticket number handy?^TK

No there isn’t even a way to contact microsoft regarding Minecraft. They do not have a section for it.
