@MojangSupport me and my friend cant join each others world it just says 'unable to connect to world' we both reinstalled, restarted, resigned in... everything

What troubleshooting steps have you tried at this point and has your friend ever been able to join your Realm? I assume you're both using the Windows 10 Minecraft?^TK
