They closed the ticket after telling me I should get some feedback within a few days.

Do you happen to have the ticket number? Another thing to note is that sending more than one ticket will not get you a faster response. ^TK

Since submitting a ticket on the 7th and another yesterday, I have not received a single e-mail from Mojang - not even one to confirm my ticket was even submitted. I'm not sure what's going on.
