@MojangSupport I've tried repeatedly to get your game to work properly and I can't even log in. Now is a good time for a refund for a game I can do nothing with.馃が I followed the support advice on the Minecraft.net pages and it did not help. Stay away from this game 馃憞

When you submit a ticket to us you get a ticket number! This should be provided in the email that you used to submit the ticket upward. Do you happen to have that? ^TK
