I don’t see anything helpful for Minecraft mobile

Okay, so for the mobile edition I would make sure that you're connected to WiFi, and if you haven't already uninstall and reinstall. If you have World that you don't want deleted when you uninstall though upload them to a Realm before hand. ^TK
