@MojangSupport I think you need more than two people working in tech support. I've been waiting since last weekend for help with my account because of this migration. I can't use it at all and I have stuff todo. Y'all need to hire more people. Ffs

No ticket number yet, according to the automated email I have 4 more days to wait before I might get a ticket number. You should have just let people keep their own email addresses. Hotmail sucks. Hotmail deleted the transaction id of one of my kids accounts.

Its soo secure we can't use the accounts we paid $$ for. Its like you guys are trying to force us into paying for new accounts. Really feels like a damn scam. 🤬
