We signed my son onto his switch with the same account we had for minecraft on Microsoft Windows computer… but his achievements didn’t transfer to his switch… we used the same login but he is upset because he has lost all the achievements since 2 years….please help

Different consoles will have their own set of achievements. If you log in to msft.it/6011bH8vX and go to Xbox profile > Achievements, you can click "Minecraft for Windows" to see all the achievements from that version of the game! ^NS
