I’m still unable to play because my account is being paid for but I’m unable to log into it and customer support service contact Microsoft and it’s impossible to find somebody there to talk to you about it so I’m paying for Minecraft and can’t play

I didn't purchase after 2020 and I'm using my Microsoft Account to login. Something is not right with your User Account system. I have submitted support tix for myself and my daughter who are both unable to play MC on any platform.

I have email proof of purchase for both accounts but neither of them show any purchased games on Minecraft.net so....what do we do, Microsoft?
