@MojangSupport It’s been 10 days since I sent in my support ticket. I’ve gotten 2 bot responses telling me to wait, and a single human email that told me to provide information, which I did within an hour. It’s been two days since the last contact. This is getting ridiculous.

I wasn't provided a ticket. The person I spoke to was named Agent Thor though.

It looks like the agent was able to reply to you again today and address your concerns regarding your account. If you have any other questions, you can let them know by replying to them in your ticket and they'll see your reply when they're next available. ^FF
