@MojangSupport let’s see if you will reply to me since last time I asked for help you just never responded. So for past 3 and a half months I haven’t been able to purchase anything from your website. I can’t renew my realm subscription and can’t addy card info. (1)

I’ve tried all of that and I still get an error. At this point, I would prefer to to talk to someone on the phone since it would be a lot faster and I can explain my issue in more details but you don’t do that do you? Only via email.
