I would like to migrate my account, but you do not respond to my registered emails, the support does not return and I would not like to lose my 8-year-old account, what appropriate measures should I take.

We try to respond to tickets as quickly as possible in the order they were received. However, we are currently experiencing higher than normal volume resulting in slightly longer wait times. If you send us your ticket number, we can check and make sure it's in our queue. ^NS
