@MojangSupport latest update on PS4 has broke realms. They will not load, export, literally nothing. I keep getting an error message. Have back ups and even those will not load up. Are the realm servers down?

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6014w7q1e. ^FF

This literally does not answer or even have anything to do with what I am having trouble with. I am having trouble with the the PAID SUBSCRIPTION feature REALMS on PS4.
