I sent emails back in October. 2021. And they keep closing it out saying its resolved, its not. Since the 1 updat 1.17 its killed my realm.

Hey there! I see that the ticket you sent in was about a bug that is taking place. I can say the bug is reported but our support teams are not developers. You will need to keep an eye on the bug tracker for updates. ^TK

You dont make sense. When people report it to bug support nothing gets done. So we pist it her. How about you get on to them. Plan and simple.

It's good to remember that there is a difference between what support does and what a developer does! Support does our best to try and alleviate issues you may be facing with basic troubleshooting and devs actually work with the game programming and bugs :) ^TK

Well who ever it is to fixing the problem. How about then doing just that. FIX IT. and oh by the way many of us have emailed, inboxed what ever you want to call it to report all bugs and glitches. Yes we have always done that. So just stand behind your word "support".
