@MojangSupport My son no longer has access to Minecraft after migrating to a Microsoft account. What is the best avenue for getting him access to Minecraft again?

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6019w78sl. ^FF

I tried relinking the accounts per the FAQ's recommendation and I get this message after entering my MS account information
