@MojangSupport Hey so I owned both a Minecraft account and a windows store version of bedrock. I have lost access to my bedrock version to play with friends even though I have previously paid for it.

Make sure your game is up-to-date and you're connected to Wi-Fi, as mobile data can cause connection issues. Also, try logging in on a different device. If the issue persists, please contact msft.it/6011w7BW9 as they can assist you further with your Microsoft account. ^FF
