You mentioned that you created a ticket--go ahead and reply to that ticket to let the agent know you're still encountering the issue. They can look into it further from there. ^NS

I did reply and asked them to escalate it because it's not on my end. Hundreds of people every night are having the same problem. I noticed it on April 12th. Being linked to your trouble shooting page is just aggravating and feels dismissive on your part.

That was last week. But as soon as they get back to me, I'm more than happy to share the screen caps I have from down detector and other places documenting the outages since the 12th. 🤷
