@MojangSupport my minecraft dungeons won't work. At first my character got wiped but now I can't even play, after I "press any button to continue" it gives me a white box with nothing to click but the exit button, not sure how to fix this

I dont exactly have access to the transaction ID because I bought the game when it came out and no longer have the receipt

If you don't have the transaction ID, just fill out the rest of the form to the best of your ability. When an agent replies, they'll let you know if they need anything else. ^NS
