@MojangSupport I was forced to migrate my mojang account to a microsoft account, and now the game I own is no longer listed in the launcher. How do I get support to help fix this?

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6011w2ozX. ^FF

yeah, I did that. The game is still not listed when I login with my microsoft account. How do I get ahold of support to work through this?

For the record, I tried to open a support issue on minecraft.net and I still have not got a reply.

This is not helpful. I am logged into my microsoft account, and have removed the mojang account. I can only play 'demo world'.
