@MojangSupport account migration issues. Cannot access old mojang account, new MS account didn’t carry anything over from old account. Help!!! Community has actively been suggesting “fixes”, none work. Son has played for years and “lost” all progress. I need a technical rep.

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6015w2Kf1. ^FF
