@MojangSupport My daughter has been locked out of her Minecraft account. She has been playing Minecraft using the same account for approximately 4 years. When she recently tried to get into her game, there was a popup that said she has to migrate to Microsoft.

@MojangSupport She cannot do this as she no longer has any access to the email account her Minecraft account was set up with. It keeps asking her to verify the account by email and she cannot do this.

@MojangSupport If you cannot help, can you provide me with a contact email address for someone who can? So far, we filled in the online form a week ago & have received no reply. We also tried chat support on the Minecraft website. They said they could not help & exited the chat.

Thank you. The website will not allow us to submit a ticket unless we enter the original email address - this was a children’s email account that she does not have any access to. So, if we add this to a ticket, she will not receive your replies?

We submitted a ticket a week ago and did not hear back - I assume any reply must have gone to the email address that we cannot access. I have her old email address, current user name & current password. Can we reset the email & migrate her to Microsoft another way?
