Hello, please can you help. I cannot access my minecraft account and the password reset email is not coming through. I have spoke to your support who i believe is just a fellow expert gamer and he says it is a microsoft email issue, microsoft say there is no issue their side 1/2

How do i even get a ticket? all i get when i contact mojang online support is another 'expert gamer' and they just say they will forward my problem onto a company representative... then i hear nothing?

Once the expert gamer forwards you, it may take a little while before we can get to your ticket due to the high volume. To find your ticket number, search for an email from support@minecrafthelp.zendesk.com, and look for "Your support request (#) has been received." ^NS
