Hi, there is a problem on your website sending out the confirmation codes to confirm identity before migration. First I did not get a code, now I get this message: "Ohhh no.... Something went wrong... Please try again or contact support if the problem persists." @MojangSupport

I checked spam and tried to contact you via your website but still have not heard back. Would be nice if you could solve this before the long weekend or at least not lock people out of their accounts until its solved.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately I have not received a ticket number, but was told that the issue would be redirected to the company.
