@MojangSupport I just migrated my account to Microsoft and the launcher is showing that I don't own either the Java edition or Dungeons, both of which I purchased through Mojang.

So it looks like it may have been an issue with the primary alias on my Microsoft account being different than the login email, despite them being the same account.
