@MojangSupport hello, are you able to help please? My realm has been cancelled yet I have an active subscription. I think it's because I started it on Google Play but renewed it on iOS App Store, so somethings gone wrong... Help! 🙏

Thanks @MojangSupport . I filled the form in yesterday, but not had a reply. My kids are missing their realm and were unable to use something I've paid for 😭 What's the turnaround time for support responses?
