@MojangSupport My son does no longer have access to the email account he used for his minecraft account. Now he is in trouble. How can we secure his account and migrate?

I did, but never got any response. The form tells you to fill in the e-mail address linked to your account. That's the problem, because that does not exists anymore and therefore is causing these migration problems.

We can only reply to the email in the "Your Email Address" field, so make sure that field has your current address. You can enter your old address in the "Java Account Email" field. ^NS
