@MojangSupport I'm not receiving a password reset email. I know I've put the email in correctly because I've previously receive reset emails. Is there something that can be done?

Sorry to hear those password resets aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS

I think what’s actually happened is my account has been stolen, I’ve tried multiple browsers and junk folder and nothing. It’s previously worked but not now, and the skin has been changed. Can we change to DM’s please
