I'm having trouble getting into my Mojang account to convert it into a Microsoft account, because I'm not receiving a reset-security-questions mail. Can someone please help me?

Sorry to hear those emails aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS
