@MojangSupport hi my son tried to download the dragonfire bedrock edition and it’s stuck on downloading for more than 24hrs but it’s taken his coins. What do we do?

We have done, but it’s not working. It just says “downloading” but nothing is happening and nothing we’ve tried has worked. Please help

It’s stuck like this and has been for days. I’ve changed settings, read hundreds of pages of support but still have a very upset 8yr old!
