My backups are saving every hour. Support responded, "read the bugs report to see if your isssue is addressed. If it's not addressed, a developer would look into it. Why do I have to read bug reports to determine if my issue was addressed? Isn't that their job?

Only a "community" member would respond like that. Either there's a fix or there isn't a fix. Do not tell me to read through reports to see if someone else reported it. If a realms subscriber is treated this way, I could only imagine how a person with a free acct is treated.

Minecraft Support is here to help out with account and billing issues, and general technical issues. However, we're not developers, so we can't assist with things like bug fixes. All of that is handled by the team on the bug tracker here! msft.it/6014wvrWO ^NS
