@MojangSupport Beyond fed up at this point. My son's account needs to be migrated. We never get the confirmation code. Response from you is to change the email address. That just denies. Your support pages are useless. Now support wants a transaction ID from YEARS ago. HELP NOW!

@MojangSupport still waiting for a reply. Weeks now. Weeks that my son can not play a game I paid money for. I have submitted my third support request.

If you don't have the transaction ID, please reply to the ticket with any of the other requested information so the agent can try to verify you. We are currently experiencing higher than normal volume but will get back to you as soon as possible! ^NS

Can you give us your ticket number? We'll double check it's in our queue. Keep in mind we have a higher than normal volume at the moment which can result in longer wait times. ^NS
