@MojangSupport Hello! Two days now my kid hasn’t been able to create new maps for anything he bought in marketplace. Presented with an “Update” button, but no download when we click it. Help!

This issue is not addressed in the FAQs and the help-center bot just keeps referring me to irrelevant articles. How do I get help from a human (the help center points here)? These are maps I’ve paid for and can’t use now.
