Morning, my daughter is still facing issues as part of the enforced, problematic migration. Microsoft aren't bothered, and we're being told by the software (Java Ed on Linux box) that we don't own a copy anymore, only demo or purchase being available to us, pleaae advise!

Thanks - I know the exact route of the problem, Microsoft during the migration forced me away from my Mojang/Yahoo email acct combination onto a new Microsoft MC/Microsoft email combination - now my daughter has an MS email address with no recollection of our MS purchase, and...

A Mojang account which has been migrated. I have the original Mojang Branch ID for my Java Ed purchase but no help to reinstate that purchase against my daughter's account. This migration has been awful from what I can see, and MJ and MS teams aren't overlapping to support well.

If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: msft.it/6012wSWsK. ^FF

Thanks - but this is the migration problem. Microsoft forced me to migrate into an MS supported account type, giving me ability to create a child account for my daughter who is the minecrafter - now none of the accounts align, and none of the accounts hold record of game purchase

Unless resolved, I have evidence - my purchase email; that shiws that either Mojang or Microsoft need to refund me my game purchase from 2020. Thanks
