@MojangSupport Havent played minecraft for years, tried to go log in to download and it's not sending me a password reset to my email. last i recall i was using a mojang account email back before you were taken over by microsoft.

also, calling your support team (if that's even who i dealt with) "minecraft gamers" doesnt make me feel confident that im dealing with someone who can assist on a technical level.

Can I send you DM please? I want you to check my son’s Minecraft account email address. You can see the password was changed yesterday. I can’t use request form because it keeps asking to use email associated with Minecraft. I can’t access to that email - hacker changed password
