@MojangSupport Havent played minecraft for years, tried to go log in to download and it's not sending me a password reset to my email. last i recall i was using a mojang account email back before you were taken over by microsoft.

also, calling your support team (if that's even who i dealt with) "minecraft gamers" doesnt make me feel confident that im dealing with someone who can assist on a technical level.

i can even show you guys a email i got from mojang support back in 2019 for a password reset to prove i have an account linked to the email.

been 4 days since i sent in the support ticket, still have yet to receive anything but a canned response saying "This is an auto-response, but there are actual humans working on your question!" since that's the only response i've gotten it makes me think it's not being worked on.
