It. Says this and i know fully well that i have minecraft on that accaunt but i dont have minecraft on my mojang accaunt but even so i still would like to merge so i dont know why it says i cant

Unfortunately each Microsoft account can only have a single copy of Java Edition. If you have two different Java profiles, you'll need to link each one to a separate Microsoft account. ^NS

But on my previous mojang accaunt i didnt have any edition of minecraft

Blank Mojang accounts can't be migrated, since there is no Java profile to migrate. Thankfully this means you don't need to take any extra steps to migrate! ^NS

So there is no way to get a cape now for me if i havent migrated and have java edition on my microsoft accaunt

The Migrator capes are only available for players who purchased the game before December 1, 2020. Even if you had a Mojang account, if you didn't purchase the game before that date, you won't be eligible for the cape. ^NS
