We are aware that some migrations during the weekend were incorrectly processed. We have fixed the underlying problem, however impacted players will have to wait a little longer for a fix before migrating again. Update will follow - Ined

Morning, my daughter is still facing issues as part of the enforced, problematic migration. Microsoft aren't bothered, and we're being told by the software (Java Ed on Linux box) that we don't own a copy anymore, only demo or purchase being available to us, pleaae advise!

Thanks - I know the exact route of the problem, Microsoft during the migration forced me away from my Mojang/Yahoo email acct combination onto a new Microsoft MC/Microsoft email combination - now my daughter has an MS email address with no recollection of our MS purchase, and...
