@MojangSupport Havent played minecraft for years, tried to go log in to download and it's not sending me a password reset to my email. last i recall i was using a mojang account email back before you were taken over by microsoft.

also, calling your support team (if that's even who i dealt with) "minecraft gamers" doesnt make me feel confident that im dealing with someone who can assist on a technical level.

so the support i got didnt help. wanted a transaction id that i cant provide as i bought the game over 10 years ago and refuses to connect me to someone who can force a password reset to the account connected to my email.
