Not even getting emails when I request my password to be reset. Absolutely ridiculous. All of your solutions rely on being able to send us emails, but how can we fix our accounts if we can’t get any emails?? Some live support would be appreciated, too.

I don’t think I ever got a ticket number. I’m stuck in a loop with this method of support. Where do I see the ticket number, just to be sure I didn’t miss it?
