(bedrock) I use /locate structure and any structure says, (Ex. Temple -2930 ? -980) I go there and it isn't there! The biome works but not the structure! Please fix this.

Why is my friends realm not working we load in and it disconnects everyone in 10 seconds of being in, it’s been like this for over 24 hours

I recently purchased a 10 player realm. on my Microsoft account it shows that i purchased it but whenever i go on minecraft, the realm isnt showing up anywhere. I tried resetting my game, internet and xbox and nothing worked im wondering if this is a issue or bug dir others.
