We've identified an issue in the current Minecraft Beta and Preview version that causes chunks to become corrupted below Y=0. To avoid corrupted chunks, please refrain from opening your worlds until an update has been released. - jhp

My son’s Minecraft account is hacked today as well as his email address. I tried to send request to Minecraft but they are asking to input email address which you have access to. But I can’t input his email address as his email is hacked. How can I contact Minecraft help desk?
