So myself and my kids have been building a world for months and it says cannot sync world and file corrupted on the Xbox Gamepass version....is it gone forever? It actually says this for every single word save they have.

You guys gave me a tech supporter that knows zero English as he thinks updating the game will allow server 1.18+ to work. Which is just a jar, it has nothing to do with the game it's self. And servers that are created by you guys, are not created by the community. So stop lying!!

My backups are saving every hour. Support responded, "read the bugs report to see if your isssue is addressed. If it's not addressed, a developer would look into it. Why do I have to read bug reports to determine if my issue was addressed? Isn't that their job?

Hi I been playing before bedrock came out and I love your guys game but I can’t login to Microsoft I try so many things to fix I’m on PS4 I had the mojang bug name ever time I open the app on PlayStation so I deleted Minecraft and reDownload it and it fix but I don’t know

Hello! I sent an email to the support team yesterday, I’m unsure the wait time, but I’m unable to log into my Minecraft account. It only lets me log in to demo using a new account I had to create, it can’t find my original account despite it being in the launcher
