@MojangSupport I renewed my subscription for the realms plus, the transaction went through but it still says expired I’ve encountered this issue last month and support solved it within minutes resetting my realm on their end.I tried to contact support but I was told to wait 48hrs

Can you provide us with the ticket number of your Support request? We can check in on the status of the ticket for you! ^FF

I tried contacting support and then all that did was just send me to a message board from ‘certified’ minecraft users…I have no ticket and I waited a day now for nothing
