Hi, since I have to migrate now I can't play and your support doesn't really help, they let me sit around for ~2 weeks to then tell me they'll close the support ticket because of not enough activity. Main reason is I don't know the original E-Mail of my legacy account.

I'd like you to publish your comprehensive security report as to why mojang-accounts are insecure and how the proposed Microsoft accounts compare against them. A company with such a good reputation as yours surely has no problem with transparently explaining their actions.

You should be keeping archived records of people who purchased your game over the years. Not whipping that data from your servers. There are probably plenty of people who bought Minecraft while it was in beta. And are apparently going to lose their account because they forgot a-
