We bought some texture packs and worlds on your marketplace, it says they’re “downloading” but not showing any progress. We don’t believe they’re actually downloading

Have you done any basic troubleshooting as of yet and if so what Have you tried to get them to download? ^TK

@MojangSupport - I downloaded the Java edition on my MacBook Pro and tried to play, it prompted me to create a username, i entered that and got the green check mark and then it keeps saying Failed to create profile. HELP ME

1/2 youre pretty screwed at this point youre making minecraft players to have LOCK THEIR ACC FOR NO REASON just because they didn't migrate and even tho is MARCH 10th youre making the players PAY THE GAME AGAIN for their LOST ERAN HARD WORKING PLAYERS

Except I have contacted you about the fact we have no access to the email we used,it can’t be recovered unfortunately and therefore we can’t migrate. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and it’s causing massive upsets for her but I can’t seem to gain a response!Help appreciated
