I do not have access to the e-mail on which I have an account and due to the mandatory migration I cannot play. Could it be possible to change the e-mail address to which my account is assigned?

My migration is not working. I get a message that says "Ooops. Something went wrong." with no link to support or instruction of what to do next. That's is lame for a $billion corporation. Get it together Microsoft. Please unlink my Microsoft account so I re-link and migrate.

My son registered his Mojang account with an old school email that is no longer accessible. We've be trying for 8 weeks to get help. Now his account is completely locked. How do I get help for this?

I can't reset my password because all emails to my account aren't being sent to me. I've asked for help and gotten nothing but FAQ links that don't help. Is there a phone number I can call to speak to person in regards to this. Thank you

I wanted to move my Java account but forgot the password, when I go to forgot my password and enter my email, I don't receive an email with a link and without the password my account cannot move.

Sorry to hear those password resets aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS
