Migration was forced on me yesterday and now I can't play Minecraft with my son because Mojang won't let me change my email to the one I use for Microsoft login. I submitted a customer support request. How long does a real (non-automated) reply take?

hello mojang i made a purchase of coins on my minecraft account and i have not received anything so far.It's been two days since I made the purchase but I haven't received anything. I purchased the item and did not receive it!!!!

I've been dealing with minecraft "help" for several weeks now, and all of it has been to waste. I just want to say good job on being the most useless support on the planet. :)

I need help. after having my account switched to microsoft it says i have to rebuy the game. i would really like to not have to respend 30 dollars on the game and have to restart all of my servers with my family and friends.

I try to migrate my account but when I do it asks for my security questions which I don't know the answer to. After I click on the link in the email sent to me to change the security questions it makes me answer the security questions even though I am trying to change them.
