Sorry to hear those password resets aren't arriving! First, try requesting them from a different browser and checking your junk/spam folder. Also, make sure your email is not blocking or filtering emails from noreply@mojang.com. ^NS

Mojang doesn't store any info regarding individual worlds. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to recover lost Minecraft worlds or skins. We recommend reading msft.it/6011wWkqP to prevent this issue going forward. ^FF

@MojangSupport I purchased my account about 9.5 years ago. The email used to make the account is no longer accessible (I switched ISPs), meaning I've also lost the transaction ID. Can I still migrate my account, or is it now lost forever?
